To define manifestation, first let’s get into the meaning of the word itself. By dictionary meaning, manifestation means “to make evident or certain by showing or displaying”. When we want to apply this into our life, the dynamic experience we get to play with everyday, how do I bring or manifest what we Truly and Really want? Five major processes are involved in the process, and let’s define manifestation process one by one.
Define Manifestation Process 1: Relaxation
Yes, you heard it right, it is relaxation, nothing comes easy until you FEEL easy about it, and what is better state of mind than relaxation. This might sound like the whole psychological side to it, but actually by scientific and neurological side, when we are relaxed, we will activate both hemispheres of our brain, and by engaging a whole brain consciousness, MORE insights will be revealed, MORE solutions can be found, and MORE creativity can be accessed.
Define Manifestation Process 2: Clarity
Now that you are relaxed, you have a better view or insights about yourself, let’s get CLEAR what you REALLY want. As like the driver in a car, if you have no clear direction where to go, what’s going to happen would be roaming around from places to places, but NEVER really get to the destination. The power of clarity is the driving force to take you from where you are to where you want to be at. Have a clear picture of what you want to have or to be, and focus on it.
Define Manifestation Process 3: Remove Resistance
With the previous processes, you might find certain resistance you have, or the relaxation state of mind could be completely gone by now, as the fear, worries, stress, anxieties all of a sudden all coming your way, and you might even start to lose faith and expectation of what you want. This is entirely normal, and it’s part of the manifestation process. Key to this step is to remove these resistances, when they appear, actually welcome them, notice how you feel this way or that way about what you want. Again, clarity is the power, so be clear what is blocking you, and use various releasing techniques, and get them out of your way.
Define Manifestation Process 4: Enjoy it Now
This is a very important process of the manifestation, you have to vividly visualize every details about what you want, having this clear intention in your mind, and seeing them happening NOW. As you might have heard, there is no other time but NOW, so you have to belief these events, results happening in this moment in your mind, and the physical form will follow. What you can see in your mind, you can go with your body.
Define Manifestation Process 5: Celebrate
Last step, be thankful and grateful NOW. Imagine what if it is already happening at this moment, how thankful, how emotional it will be. Imagine it and feel it.
